As Chairperson of the Hickory Ridge Women’s Golf Association Membership Committee, I am pleased to have this opportunity to be writing to you! Spring is around the corner, and golf season will soon be upon us.

 

Over the past years, the Hickory Ridge Women’s Golf Association, with the support of Cathy and Doug Harper, as well as Rick Fleury and the Pro Shop staff, has grown and continues on its mission to promote a positive, inclusive environment that encourages the participation of all members at Hickory Ridge Country Club.

 

To further that mission, the HRWGA has been hard at work planning for the 2009 season. We have already set dates for several tournaments, as well as our usual FUN events – the Opening and Closing scrambles. As members of the Hickory Ridge Women’s Golf Association, you can participate in these events for reduced fees.

 

The HRWGA understands these are hard economic times. Your membership in the HRWGA is an inexpensive way to maximize your investment at Hickory Ridge County Club. The Women’s Association has offered so many fun events for ALL levels of golfers in past years, including Opening Scrambles with themes such as Cowgirl Up and Spring Training. These events have been very popular and have set the tone for friendship and fun throughout the year.

 

The Steering Committee has once again voted to maintain the membership fee for the HRWGA at $25 for the year. Your membership fee includes not only opportunities to participate in FUN events and the Opening Breakfast, but also to be included in the now famous Membership Guide. It is a great way to stay connected!

 

Please join the Hickory Ridge Women’s Association NOW… before you forget! The Opening Breakfast scheduled for April 5th will be FREE to all HRWGA members paid by April 1! Another good reason to join NOW!! Please let us know on the attached form if you plan to attend the breakfast.

If you are a returning HRWGA member, please let us know if your contact information is unchanged from last year on the form enclosed. If you are joining for the first time… WELCOME!  Be sure to complete the information form below so you can be included in the Membership Guide. Either way, mail this form and your payment of $25 to Karen Ryan-Fields.
