Station Buffet Menu

J&L Caterers offers a station buffet that is designed to encourage mingling and interaction among your guests. Even though a large amount of food is served, it is not to be confused with a sit-down dinner. There are fewer tables and chairs and smaller plates. Our staff will be happy to work with you to answer questions you may have regarding menu choices. The menu listed below is standard for all station buffets. Should you desire substitutions or menu additions, prices are available upon request.

  • Includes:Sliced Fresh Fruit, Variety of International Cheeses and Crackers

  • Carving Stations (choose two):
    Roast Sirloin, Roast Turkey, Roast Pork Loin
    Prime Rib (add $2.00/pp), Roast Tenderloin of Beef (add $4.00/pp)

  • Pasta Stations (choose two):
    Meat-stuffed Cannelloni, Stuffed Shells
    Bow Tie Pasta with Sun-dried Tomato Pesto, Pasta Prima Vera
    Meat Tortellini with Fresh Tomato Basil Sauce

  • Stir Fry Station (choose one):
    Sesame Chicken with Pea Pods, Stir Fry Pork with Chinese Vegetables
    Teriyaki Beef and Broccoli, Vegetable or Pork Fried Rice

  • Dessert Table

    Add a Salad Station - $1.95/pp
    Tossed Garden Salad with Choice of Dressing or Caesar
